Day 1: Kicking Things Off in Chattanooga

The excitement was in the air as team members from across our markets arrived in Chattanooga to kick off our annual Flypaper Summit. We spent the evening reconnecting, distributing swag bags, and celebrating the incredible work our teams have accomplished this year with our Flypaper Awards.

It was the perfect start — a night full of well-deserved recognition, good food, and even better company as we geared up for a few days of learning and fun.

Day 2: Learning from Local Leaders & Plenty of Laughter

Our second day was all about collaboration and perspective. Teams dove into training sessions focused on better serving our communities and clients, and we had the honor of hearing from a panel of Chattanooga business owners — Carlos Bail Bond, Arrow Supply, and author McCracken Poston — who shared valuable insight on what it truly means to think like a business owner.

Their stories reminded us that our work doesn’t just impact businesses online — it helps strengthen the communities we live and work in every day.

We wrapped up the day at The Comedy Catch, where the team spent the evening laughing, bonding, and finding out who really knows their work bestie best!

Final Day: Wrapping Up with Insights & a Little Mystery

On our final day, we dove into more hands-on sessions and collaborative discussions that left our teams feeling energized and inspired. From breakout sessions to product deep dives, every conversation centered on one thing — finding new ways to help our clients grow and succeed.

To end the Summit, we hosted a Halloween-themed Murder Mystery dinner — complete with costumes, clues, and plenty of laughs. It was the perfect way to close out a week that balanced professional growth with genuine connection.

Looking Ahead

As teams returned to their markets, they carried new tools, strategies, and inspiration for the year ahead.

The Summit reminded us of our purpose: helping local businesses connect with customers and strengthen their digital presence.

We can’t wait to put what we’ve learned into action — empowering our clients, strengthening our partnerships, and continuing to make Flypaper a place where customers stick.
